About TVO
tVo stands for "Tarde Venientibus Ossa" which, in Latin, loosly translates "to
the late are left the bones".
TVO's History
BL, Ball Lords, has some really great payer potential but lacked an entire team
to really show their worth. {ICE}, Inglorious Criminal Ethics, seemed to be in
the same boat. BL and {ICE} ended up merging to create aV0, or avolition. aV0
showed some true potential, now just needing structure and practice time
together. The name was later changed to better represent the team.
And now a word from Truepa!N
Think of a world...
Where...
{BL}, {BALL}, {ICE}, {r87}...
It's all that existed..
We go to a time in 2009, where {BL} was struggling to survive.
Many members were inactive at the time, so {BL} Captain’s tmic225 and ballerboy
scouted players from every niche in search of talent.
They eventually found a talented loopy by the alias of truepa!N who would assist
tmic225 in powering {BL}’s offensive attack and eventually take Ballerboy’s
chair as captain.
While they continued to mold their team, {BL} struggled against their biggest
rival {ICE}. They would play one another weekly and take shutouts to the face
like no other.
It was discouraging to know that we could make the ball bounce 3 times in the
goal, juke the whole entire opposing team (that’s how we scored most of our few
goals) and not win.
Players became frustrated with our lack of production; we could no longer take 6
unanswered goals to the face.
People became anxious to move on to something better and eventually left. One of
those players was fellow captain Ballerboy.
All hope now seemed lost. Our roster was shot.
Tmic225 & truepa!N saw the potential though, and struck through the storm.
We had very little, and so much to gain.
A piece was missing… and it was obvious
{BL} needed a defense, a solid force that would deny penetration like no other.
They searched and searched.. There was no luck..
Our tag’s reputation was not really something people jump for and besides that..
All talent seemed to have been claimed in the altitude community.
All skill was taken, so the only thing {BL} could do is find potential.
They continued their scouting and recruited rough players, such as Spark,Blln,
Dekaiden, and Clapon who grew into the Ball Community’s best and became an a key
part in {BL}’s line up.
{BL} grew stronger with experience; our players were finding the beast within,
and eventually. It came to pay off.
We were now at equal with {ICE}.
However, within weeks we started bringing the heat, {ICE} could only choose to
sublimate under {BL}’s new found power.
We found our swagger, and we could only get better.
We found our whale with Dekaiden, however, we had no depth. Our rooster became
heavier, yet we still needed more whale power, so we armed the harpoons and did
some hunting.
Unfortunately again, whale season seemed well past. After weeks of searching, we
had the most offensive team we could want, yet our defense still needed help.
Captain of our rivals, {ICE}Vega, was always a good friend and had always wanted
to merge.
However, truepa!N was stubborn and kept tmic225 from agreeing to merge with
{ICE}
We continued for some time, continuing to recruit.
We became cluttered with players, many inactive, many representing us poorly.
{BL} needed a fresh start, a refined team.
Tmic225 came again to truepa!N and asked if we should accept Vega’s offer and
merge with {ICE}.
With some debate, we all agreed to take our best players from each team and form
what is now known as ///tVo.
We started our rough, losing our first scrims getting shutout.
In time though, we recruited more key players and became one of the Ball
Communities’ best.
The Altitude Community now supports more ball clans than one has fingers.
The competition and skill continues to rise and the future is BRIGHT!
